Growing up in the marketing halls of one of the world’s most iconic brands—Target—I learned early on that branding isn’t just important; it’s fundamental to business success. That experience laid the foundation for a career dedicated to delivering measurable impact. As a brand and marketing executive, I rebranded and rebuilt the marketing department of a $400 million VC-backed startup, driving $12 million in direct revenue in just 10 months and securing the top share of voice among privately held competitors. As a fractional marketing executive, I helped a B2B client generate over $2M in pipeline opportunities with a 30% deal conversion rate in 6 months.
I’ve also created the Midwest’s top-grossing craft beer, which trended on X (formerly Twitter), built the product marketing division of a wellness startup later acquired by Virgin, and led brand strategies for celebrity-endorsed products that became household names.
I share these wins because the common thread behind every success has been the power of brand. I believe brand strategy is the cornerstone of building a thriving business.
